Concord Rangers will Knott be messed with this year

Concord Rangers have welcomed former Bradford City & Sunderland Player, Billy Knott to the Aspect Arena according to their Club website

Billy started his youth career with West Ham United before moving to Chelsea, it was later followed by a move to Sunderland, over the years Billy has picked up over 200 appearances for club and Country (England u16-20) scoring more than 20 goals.

The midfielder also played a pivotal role in Bradford City’s FA Cup Run when the League 1 club hammered Premiership side, Chelsea 4-2 at Stamford Bridge, Billy played 80 minutes before being subbed off.

Other than Sunderland and Bradford City, the midfielder has also played for a number of high profile clubs including Lincoln City (under former managers Danny and Steve Cowley), AFC Wimbledon, Gillingham, Rochdale, Port Vale and Wycombe Wanderers.

The Management Team that contains Sammy Moore and Jack Midson have been part of a big turnaround at Concord this Pre-Season. Players on board already include, Jack Parkinson, Lee Minshull, Adam Topley, Frazer Shaw, Danny Green, Kojo Awotwi, Sam Beasant and Sean Clohessy.

Concord seem to be getting it right this year. They have made signings which will give them a great chance of appearing at the top end this Season. Off the field they are getting it right too. Their social media coverage of this and previous signings is unrivalled in this Division. This is a club going places.
