McQueen joins Dartford as two go out on loan

Dartford FC have announced the signing of Darren McQueen from Sutton United.

The 24 year old striker joins on an initial one month loan.

Speaking via the Dartford website, Managers Adam and Jamie Coyle said “We are very excited to bring Darren to the club. It is an initial one month loan that if all parties agree can be extended until the end of the season. Darren did extremely well for Ebbsfleet and was a threat with his speed and direct play. He deservedly gained 2 England C call up’s and prior to an injury had offers from league clubs. We are hoping he will have a really positive impact with us and that with Phil Roberts, Charlie Sheringham and hopefully at some point Andy Pugh we now have a strike force that has a little bit of everything.”

Darren will be available for selection tomorrow away to Slough Town.

Dartford have also confirmed that Kudus Oyenuga has today joined Haringey Borough on loan for an initial one month period and subject to paperwork Delano Sam-Yorke has gone back to Kingstonian on loan until the end of the season.

Adam and Jamie “Kudus has joined Haringey Borough on an initial months loan to get some starts and to build up his match minutes. Delano did well whilst at Kingstonian a couple of months ago, but due to an injury he returned to us. He has now recovered from this and returns to Kingstonian until the end of the season”
