Parsons makes SE Dons move

SE Dons have announced the capture of Matt Parsons from Kenningwell.

Sunday League signings may not be news worthy but most things the Dons do is of interest to many and this latest bit of recruitment is sure to raise a few eyebrows.

Parsons played 8 times for Kenningwell last term and usually operates as a marauding left wing back.

He played for both Glebe and Faversham Town on Saturday’s last year and can count Chatham Town and Cray Valley among his former Non League sides.

His claim to fame will no doubt be his 6 Crystal Palace appearances though, with his debut coming in 2010 when coming off the bench to replace Edgar Davids in a League cup tie.

Matty will be known as ‘Kitman’ for the Dons, who will once again play in the OBDSFL this season.
