Ramsgate bring in Wynter from Margate
Ramsgate Football Club have confirmed the signing of Tom Wynter from Margate Football Club.
The 28-year old defender who can play anywhere along the back line, becomes Nick Davis’ sixth addition this summer.
He will join up with teammates Jack Paxman and Liam Friend having also joined from Margate.
Wynter had a previous short spell with The Rams back in 2008/09 after signing on loan from Gillingham FC, but now he has signed permanently.
“I’m really looking forward to getting out there and playing again, I can’t wait to get started,” Tom said.
“After speaking to Nick, I really wanted to be part of their ambitions for the season,”
“The side he is putting together is matching my own ambitions and also what we discussed,”
“I want to show the staff, players and fans what I am about, and I hope to play an important role in pushing Ramsgate up that table – where they should be.”
