Barming FC in search of Womens First Team Manager

Barming FC are looking for a new Management Team for their Senior Women’s side ahead of the 2025/26 Season.

The female first team will play their home matches on Sunday Afternoons at St Augustine’s Academy, Oakwood Park, Maidstone while competing in the South East Counties Women’s Football League.

Barming Football Club’s mission is built upon the following key principles:
– Promoting Female Football: To foster growth and opportunities for female players not only within Barming Youth FC and Barming Seniors FC but also in collaboration with all local clubs.
– Structured Player Pathway: To provide a clear progression for both male and female players from youth levels through to veterans, encompassing U18s, U21s, U23s, and beyond.
– Community Engagement through Walking Football: To offer accessible participation in walking football for everyone in the local community.
