Shields makes switch to Maidstone
Ebbsfleet United winger Sean Shields has joined Maidstone United on loan.
The 26-year-old, whose last game for the club was in the Emirates FA Cup replay defeat at Cheltenham Town, will move to the Gallagher Stadium on an initial month’s loan with a view to a permanent deal.
Sean has played under both Daryl McMahon and Garry Hill this season, making 19 appearances in total and scoring three times (against Barnet and twice against Aldershot Town).
Prior to signing at Stonebridge Road, Sean played in the Football League for Dagenham & Redbridge after impressing as a young player at St Albans.
