Ins and Outs at Hamlet

Dulwich Hamlet made five new signings ahead of the Isthmian League Premier Division campaign. Manager Hakan Hayrettin had to strengthen the squad options following the departures of several players, including Will Wood, Jack Holland, Kalvin Kalala, Frankie Raymond, Nana Owusu, Aaron Jones, Quade Taylor, Andre Blackman, Omari Hibbert, Dan Smith, Josh Fawole, Johl Powell, Ronnie Vint, Nebay Haile, and Kristian Campbell.

The first addition of the summer was left-back Craig Braham-Barrett, an experienced defender with over 400 games in his career. He previously played for Sutton, Cheltenham Town, Chelmsford, and Welling United. Braham-Barrett also boasts 20 appearances for Monseratte at the international level and has captained his country.

Jerry Gyebi, a center-back, joined Dulwich Hamlet after leaving Hungerford Town. He featured 32 times for the Crusaders last season but experienced relegation from the National League South.

Another defender, Mark Ricketts, aged 38, arrived at Champion Hill after departing from Boreham Wood. Although he came through Charlton’s academy, he never made an appearance for the Addicks. Ricketts has an impressive track record of over 500 appearances, primarily with Woking and Boreham Wood.

Ryley Scott, a former youth player of West Ham United and Ipswich, signed with Dulwich Hamlet after leaving Dagenham & Redbridge. The 21-year-old midfielder had limited game time, making only six league appearances at Victoria Road last season.

The fifth summer signing for Dulwich Hamlet was experienced striker Adrian Clifton. He made a permanent move to the club after leaving Maidenhead United. Clifton, who had previous stints at Arsenal, Norwich, and West Ham during his youth, played for Bromley, Stains Town, and Boreham Wood throughout his career.
